We are experienced in supporting life sciences and biotech firms with several aspects of their marketing and business processes. Our projects have included:
Partnering with a large biotech company in order to migrate and refresh their website content from SharePoint 2008 to 2010.
To meet challenging deadlines in migrating a high volume of content from the legacy SharePoint system we were required to quickly setup and manage a flexible workforce to oversee both automated and manual tasks. Using our existing resources and established processes we were able to easily onboard experienced professionals, handle shifting objectives, and deliver the project on time and on budget.
During this work we also developed bespoke Filemaker tools and databases custom-designed to effectively process and publish the website content more efficiently. We also edited and reprocessed over 2,000 images on demand in order to fit with the new site design.
